A graduate in Finance with minimum 2 years experience in financial services preferably in banking industry. Candidate should be well versed with all aspects of Accounting, MIS, Reporting, Budgeting & Planning.
A post graduate with minimum 2 years experience in managing the banking operations. The candidate should be well versed with Operational infrastructure & work-flows, Customer service and Products & Services in Banking industry.
Good Bachelor’s degree and a formal qualification in Banking / Management with 2-5 years experience in Djibouti/Africa in Business Development. The primary role is to ensure Business Growth in the Bank by acquiring and diversifying both assets and liability clientele by selling all banking products and retaining existing clients by providing superior services thereby ensuring maximum profitability. The candidate need to have comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the banking business and its product and service dynamics, need to be aware of Central Bank of Djibouti’s regulation on Deposit and Advance.
A graduate with minimum 2 years experience in customer service preferably in banking industry in the county. The candidate is expected to be well groomed with excellent soft skills and a strong understanding of banking products and services.
An IT graduate with minimum 2 years experience managing IT department of a diversified company. The candidate is expected to have sufficient skills to troubleshoot user issues on hardware and basic software issues. Should have good understanding of networking, software solutions, interfaces and internet banking.
A graduate with minimum of 3 years experience in handling credit operations in a bank. The candidate is expected to have good knowledge of principals of credit, credit governance, credit operations including loan documentations and Central Bank guidelines on Credit.
